About me!
I live in the Tri-Cities, Washington, providing phone and web-based life coaching services. I am available to provide coaching services anywhere in the United States. I retired to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 2014 after serving families in Las Vegas, Nevada for 26 years as a licensed social worker.

The most important things in my life include loving Christ, my husband of 46 years, our two adult daughters, and seven grandchildren.
What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process where a trained professional, known as a life coach, helps individuals identify and achieve personal goals. Life coaching is distinct from therapy, mentoring, and consulting, focusing on helping clients move forward and reach their goals through guidance, support, and accountability.
Life coaching includes: Goal setting, creating action plans, receiving support and encouragement, and maintaining accountability and focus on goals.
